You have 60 minutes after completing the purchase process to cancel the order.

If you request to cancel the order within the first 60 minutes, the amount paid will be refunded to you after deducting administrative fees, which vary depending on the payment method used to make the purchase, as follows:

• Credit Card or Direct Debit: 3% of the total amount will be deducted.
• Installment Plan via a finance company: 0% of the total amount will be deducted.​
• For COD orders, your 1,000 EGP is refunded in full if you place a cancellation request within 60 minutes of your order.
• Any cancellation requests made after the allotted 60 minutes may result in additional deductions from the paid amounts due to the initiation of the supply and shipping procedures.
• Note that the refund process takes up to 10 business days.
