Shipping Policy

At MobileMasr, we understand that your purchase experience is not just limited to what you bought, but also on how and when you receive your order. We have partnered with the best shipping companies that guarantee timely delivery at the address you have identified in your order. The courier will call you before coming to deliver your order to arrange with you the time of delivery of your convenience.


Packaging:

Whether you are buying a used or new item, we double check the details of your order with the item to make sure it is exactly what your ordered. All items come in their original box which gets bubble wrapped and inserted in our secure MobileMasr branded flyer with a double-sided security seal. The flyer then gets inserted once again in the shipping company’s secure flyer with the airway bill attached and handled with care until delivery.


Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. If there are any official holidays which may change processing and delivery times, you will find a message before order check out informing you of the changes and the date when shipping services will be resumed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your governorate within Egypt. We ship 6 days a week except Fridays. Standard delivery times is 1-3 days except remote areas which may take a little longer.  

Shipping Coverage:

We ship to all governorates in Egypt regardless of your location. If you are in a remote area, shipping times may take longer as not all areas in your governorate are served daily by the shipping companies.   


Order Tracking:

Once you place your order, you’ll be able to track the status of your order on our application. In our app, we have 3 main updates, ready-to-ship, out for delivery and shipped. Your order will have a status “ready to ship” after 1-2 business days of placing our order. A few hours after that it will be picked up by the courier and be out to delivery to you. 


Delays:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to bad weather, or delivery to remote areas. Our customer care follows up every order until it gets delivered and we appreciate your patience in the event of any delays.


At any point in time, you may contact our call center and enquire about your order and ask for a copy of the airway bill.
