No counterfeit device, device assembled from parts of different units, device with an erased serial number, or device whose listing differs from its report is accepted.
The specifications shown are the device's actual specifications as read by the inspection report at the time of listing. Memory, storage and battery are stated with the capacity and type present in the device, provided they are compatible with it and perform fully in the report.
Every device is inspected before listing with the MobileMasr Laptop Diagnostic Tool, and the report is attached to the product page. The report documents the model, processor, memory, storage, graphics, operating system, screen, battery health, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, temperature and the speaker test. The store completes it with a manual check of the camera, microphone, keyboard, trackpad and ports. The report carries a reference number linked to the serial number and reflects the device's condition on the inspection date.
The listing includes: specifications as in the report, battery health, included accessories, and the warranty period.
Every listing carries high-resolution photos of the actual device and a video showing its real condition (lid, keyboard, screen on, sides and ports, underside), with the serial number and any previous-owner labels hidden. The video is the reference for the device's cosmetic condition.
Every device is delivered with the accessories named in the listing. MobileMasr does not guarantee that accessories are original, but guarantees that they are sound and work properly with the device. The original box is not required.
The verified store warrants that listed devices were imported legally with duties settled, and provides import documents to the platform on request. The serial number is recorded in the report and on the warranty card and is not published in full in the listing.
Every used laptop from a verified store carries a MobileMasr warranty of 30 to 90 days from the date of receipt, according to the condition, specifications and model of each device, with the period stated on the product page and the warranty card. The warranty covers the functions tested in the inspection report and the supplied accessories. It does not cover faults from misuse, drops, liquids, opening or modifying the device after receipt, normal decline in battery health, software and data, or cosmetic marks named in the listing.
In case of a fault during the warranty period, the customer may return the device provided it is in its original condition without damage from use and complete with all contents, after submitting a return request from their account on the website with the reason. Customer service contacts the customer to send the courier; shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The device's price, including shipping, is refunded once the platform confirms that the problem results from a defect in the device and not from misuse.
