To ensure a seamless shopping experience, MobileMasr offers a comprehensive warranty policy for all products that our sold through our verified sellers. All verified sellers are under contract with MobileMasr and abide strictly with our internal terms and conditions.


Warranty Policy on Used Mobile Phones sold by Verified sellers:

All used mobile phones sold by verified vendors are 100% original as per the manufacturer, they are not refurbished or assembled by third parties and have not undergone any prior maintenance.


All used mobile phones sold by verified vendors are covered by MobileMasr 30-day warranty and return policy. All vendors must provide the original box of the phone with the accessories that are clearly mentioned with every listing. Every device must be tested and checked by MobileMasr and a full report is issued on the condition of the phone with high quality pictures and a short video uploaded with every listing. When making a purchase, we recommend that you take the time to review the device’s diagnostic report and all pictures and video provided for the device.


Accessories that come with the device such as USB cables, chargers, S-pen etc.. are considered consumables and are not covered by warranty. We do not guarantee that these accessories are original and usually, depending on the age of the phone, they are not. However, we ensure that all accessories provided with the device are functioning properly and of good quality.


Your 30-day warranty covers all the various functions that are included in the report.. In the event that a malfunction occurs, you can request to return the product by accessing your account and creating a product return request. Upon receiving the request, a customer care representative will contact you to arrange pick up of the phone. You will need to deliver the phone to the courier with its original box and accessories including the 30-day warranty card you received. Upon receiving the phone, MobileMasr will conduct its internal testing and verification. If the malfunction was not caused by misuse, you will be entitled for a full refund inclusive of any shipping fees. Any misuse of the phone that has resulted in the malfunction of the device will not be eligible for a refund.


In some cases, a used phone will still be under the 1-year warranty of the manufacturer. These listings are covered by MobileMasr 30-day warranty and will have a blue label with “continued warranty”. Warranty Policy on New Mobile Phones sold by Verified sellers:

All brand-new mobile phones sold by verified vendors come in a sealed box and are covered by either a local warranty or international warranty. The type of warranty will be clearly labelled with every listing. Local warranty will be provided by the authorised agent in Egypt, whereby, you can directly approach the agent should you have any issue with the phone. MobileMasr will provide you with all the necessary documents to allow you to approach the authorised dealer should you have a problem with the phone.

  

Brand new phones that come with international warranty, are not covered by the local dealer. Brand new phones that come with international warranty are covered by MobileMasr money back guarantee for a duration of 14 days should there be a problem with the phone that is not a result of misuse.


Warranty on Mobile Phones sold by Private Sellers:

Recently, MobileMasr has availed the opportunity for individuals to sell their personal phones on MobileMasr portal enjoying many of the benefits that verified Stores have. As a buyer, you have the opportunity to contact the private seller directly and arrange for inspection of the phone. All used devices that are listed by private sellers come with a diagnostic report and some pictures of the device. These devices are not covered by MobileMasr warranty or product return policy.


If you are buying from a Private seller, we recommend that you take the time to inspect the phone before proceeding with your purchase. The diagnostic report provided by MobileMasr on these devices is there to assist you in inspecting the device and should not be construed as any form of warranty by MobileMasr on such devices. If you proceed with your purchase, MobileMasr will avail various payment options to choose from.


Upon completion of the transaction in the presence of the seller, it's your responsibility as the buyer to collect the phone directly from the seller and the transaction will be concluded. Kindly note that transactions with private sellers are not eligible for any kind of full or partial refund. Once a transaction is successful, MobileMasr through its patented technology will issue an electronic contract between buyer and seller covering the transaction to ensure that your possession of the device is legal.
